If you submit a nomination or correction, we use what you send solely to reply. Submissions travel through our hosting provider's form service; we do not maintain mailing lists, share correspondence with third parties, or solicit contributions.
Server logs standard to web hosting (IP address, requested page, time) may be retained briefly by our hosting provider for security and reliability, then discarded.
