Engagements, in archetype
Composites, not case studies.
Momentum publishes what it learns, never whom it learned it from. What follows are three shapes an engagement takes — drawn from the work, attributable to no one.

The stalled flagship
A major institution with abundant mass — collections, campus, standing — and a decade of quietly narrowing audiences. A patient, multi-year engagement: research first, revealing where the public went and why; strategy and advisory support next; recoverable capital structured so that the board's matched commitment exceeded the Fund's own.
The measure, agreed at the outset: engagement recovered, and capital multiplied.

The accelerating anchor
A community-scale organization already in motion — attendance rising, programs oversubscribed — constrained only by what it cannot see and cannot yet afford. A defined sprint: audience analytics of a caliber no organization of its size could purchase, paired with a matching commitment that converted two hesitant funders into three confirmed ones.
In and out within a year; the velocity remains.

The case outside category
An organization no list anticipates — a newsroom, a commons, a civic hybrid the sector has not yet named — serving the public in unmistakable ways. A sprint-to-sustain engagement: short, intensive, engineered so its effects compound long after Momentum's involvement ends.
The purpose, not the taxonomy, governed.
The discipline is universal; the metric is particular.
